QuantumGuard grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these terms and your subscription plan.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

4. Limitation of Liability

QuantumGuard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
